Cruising in the sky to Helsinki.

"This is your Captain speaking,

I'd like to welcome you aboard this Eurovision flight,

The duration will be 3 minutes exactly,

Now sit back, relax and enjoy the flight!"

Response to Scooch's song bidding to represent the UK at Eurovision, seems to stretch from chronically bad to Scoochtastic! Clearly some of our predictions have come true (albeit not difficult to guess) BUT! Where? Oh! Where? Is the key change - which we'd insert at 2'32? In fact, why stop at one, lets sprinkle the odd rise in semi-tone every 30 seconds, to go in tune with the taking off theme...?

There is still time to squeeze it in! (The key change ofcourse). If Scooch are waving their flags to promote a glitterball world, they must have a key change! Tomorrow, we'll be searching the Bull Ring in Birmingham for local girl Natalie Powers - perhaps popping into Boots on the hope we can tell her face to face.

We love the intonation of the words insert, slip it, pull firmly, and blow, and the syncopated rhythm clap clapclap bit should get the audience going.

With the British pop market still seeming like a black-hole, it would be great to see Scooch and others to return spreading melodis to the masses!

Scooch! We wish you a very pleasurable journey - to Helsinki! Four sure!

Flying the flag brackets for you close brackets is Music to my heart x2.

Never stop believing Scooch - off to get a scoodle sown on our flags!
